If you are installing windows 7 32 or 64 bit on an acer aspire 5551A laptop you will have 2 drivers that will be missing in device manager. The first driver is a Network controller and the correct driver is Broadcom wifi. You can download it here. The 2nd driver is for a Ethernet controller and the correct driver is for Broadcom gigabit. You can download it here. For windows 8 and 10 all drivers should install automatically.
Don't forget the correct power supply for this laptop is 19v 3.42a 5.5mm 2mm
