If you are installing windows 7, 8 or 10 32 or 64 bit on an acer aspire 5720Z laptop you will have 3 drivers that will be missing in device manager. For all 3 the missing drivers are Base system device and 2 Unknown devices. The correct drivers are Intel Chipset or engine management, ENE CIR receiver and Intel graphics media controller.
