After installing windows 10, 8 and 7 on a DELL INSPIRON 15-1564 laptop there is one missing driver. This driver is called PCI Simple communications controller and the correct driver is Intel engine management interface. For windows 10 you can just update it in device manager, instructions below. For windows 7 and 8 you can download the driver here.

Don't forget the correct power supply for this laptop is DELL 19v
