After installing windows 7 on a DELL INSPIRON M5030 laptop there are 2 missing drivers. The first is Ethernet controller and the correct driver is Atheros Ar8151 Ethernet. Download here. The other driver is Network controller and the correct drivers are Atheros Wifi or Dell mini wifi.
Don't forget the correct power supply for this laptop is 19v 3.42a/4.62a 7.4mm x 5mm
