After installing windows 10 on a LENOVO T430S laptop there are 4 missing drivers these are PCi serial port, PCI simple communications controller, unknown device, unknown device. All can be updated in device manager or update os. For windows they are the same. For windows 7 the missing drivers are Ethernet controller, network controller, PCi serial port, PCI simple communications controller, SMBus controller, USB controller and unknown device.
