After installing windows 8 on a Packard Bell TE69KB laptop there are 2 missing drivers. These are Ethernet controller and Network controller. The correct drivers are Quamcom AR81 family PCI-E gigabit fast ethernet controller and Qualcomm Atheros Wifi. Click each to download.
